Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Uplimark LLC. We specialize in industrial coding and marking replacement parts. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of industrial spare parts, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Customized, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable.

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@uplimark.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

- Incorrect part ordered by the customer.
- Compatibility issues due to unverified machine model or part number.
- Items damaged due to improper installation or use.
- Normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

International Orders

International orders are subject to customs clearance procedures. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
